About Us

Kit up your way. Jersey Loft is an online soccer jersey store for people who play the game and love it: Sunday league regulars, five-a-side groups, coaches of small casual sides, parents kitting out a young player and fans who want a football shirt with their own name on the back rather than someone else’s. This page explains what we sell, how ordering and personalisation work, the one design rule we never bend, and what you can count on from us after you check out.

Jersey Loft in brief

  • We sell generic-design soccer jerseys, goalkeeper jerseys, youth jerseys and kit sets, shorts, training tops, hoodies, tees, beanies and mugs.
  • Five products carry built-in fields for your own name, number, lettering colour or crest initials, with a live preview as you type.
  • No real team names, crests, logos or player names: every design is generic, and the personal touches are yours.
  • Free shipping with no minimum to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand; orders ship from the USA.
  • Processing takes 1-3 business days; transit takes 7-14 business days.
  • 60-day returns with a free return label, refunds within 7 days of receiving the return, and email support at support@jerseyloft.shop.

What we sell: the Jersey Loft range

The catalogue is built around the soccer jersey, then extends to everything you wear before, during and after a match. It is organised into seven collections so you can go straight to the kit you need.

Collars, cuts and sleeves

Adult all-over-print jerseys come with crew, V-neck or polo collars depending on the design, and many use a raglan sleeve for an easy matchday look. Goalkeeper jerseys come in long sleeve and short sleeve. Each product page tells you exactly which collar and sleeve a design uses, so you are never guessing from a photo.

Sizes across the range

Jerseys run from Adult S to 4XL, with 2XL to 4XL priced a little higher. Youth XS to XL is offered on youth products and on some adult designs, so a parent and child can match. Shorts, training tops, hoodies and tees come in Adult S to 3XL; the beanie is one size and the mug holds 15 oz. Our Size Guide explains how to choose by comparing with a shirt you already own.

How ordering and personalisation work

Most of the range is ready to order: choose a size, add to cart and check out. Five products go one step further with personalisation fields built into the product page, so there is no need to write instructions in a checkout note.

The personalised five

  • The adult Custom Name and Number jersey, with an optional “Number on the sleeve too” tick box.
  • The Custom Youth jersey for young players.
  • The personalised goalkeeper jersey.
  • The personalised hoodie.
  • The Design Your Crest initials jersey.

The fields, one by one

“Name on back” takes letters only, up to 12 characters, printed in capitals. “Number (0-99)” takes any number in that range. “Lettering colour” offers White, Black or Gold. On the adult custom jersey, ticking “Number on the sleeve too” adds the add-on price shown beside it; leave it unticked and you pay nothing extra. On the Design Your Crest jersey, “Crest initials” accepts up to 3 letters in capitals, and “Crest shape” lets you pick Round, Shield or Diamond.

Live preview, and why spelling matters

As you type, a live preview shows your text over the product photo. That preview is the only check before printing: we do not send a proof or mockup, and we print exactly what was typed. A name like OLUWASEUN can easily become OLUWASUEN with one slip of the thumb, so read the preview letter by letter before you add to cart. If you do spot a mistake, email us within 24 hours of placing the order and we will fix it, as explained on our Cancel or Change an Order page.

From checkout to doorstep

After checkout you receive an order confirmation by email. Processing takes 1-3 business days, then transit takes 7-14 business days to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping is free with no minimum, and every order ships from the USA. A parcel to Australia or New Zealand can use the full 14 business days, so plan ahead for birthdays and end-of-season events. You can check your order status in My Account or on the Order Tracking page, or email us for an update.

The rule behind every design: generic, never borrowed

Football is full of famous badges, and they belong to the clubs, federations and leagues that built them. Jersey Loft does not print real team names, club crests, national team badges, league or tournament marks, sponsor logos or professional players’ names. Our crests are generic shapes, and our colourways are chosen for how they look, not to copy a specific team’s kit.

That rule carries into personalisation. Your own name, your own number and your own initials are welcome. A famous striker’s surname with his or her shirt number, or three letters set in a Shield crest to mimic a real club’s badge, are not. If an order asks for something we cannot print, we email you before production so you can change it or cancel for a full refund. The details are in our Intellectual Property Policy.

Why it works in your favour

A generic design means your jersey is not tied to any one season, sponsor or transfer. “JL” in a Round crest or “AFC” for your Sunday side in a Diamond crest belongs to you and nobody else. A back number you picked because it was your first shirt number at age nine means more than one copied from a poster.

Who shops with us, and a few typical orders

Our customers are individuals and families. We are a retail store, not a bulk team uniform service, though a small group can place one order with several items.

  • A goalkeeper weighing up the Neon Long Sleeve against the Splatter Short Sleeve GK jersey, and deciding whether to size up for elbow pads underneath. That choice is personal; comparing with a shirt you already own is the most reliable guide.
  • A coach’s partner ordering a personalised hoodie and a Kit Room mug for a birthday, shipped to a different US address from the billing address.
  • A fan who orders a Pattern & Retro jersey simply for the colourway and wears it to the pub on matchday.
  • A five-a-side regular who orders an Adult L Custom Name and Number jersey, then realises the same evening that XL would fit better over a base layer, and emails within 24 hours to switch.

Ordering a soccer jersey as a gift

A shirt with someone’s own name on the back is one of the easiest football gifts to get right. Many of our orders are for birthdays, Father’s Day and end-of-season celebrations, and a few simple habits make them go smoothly.

Shipping to someone else

You can send an order to any address in the US, Canada, Australia or New Zealand, even if it differs from your billing address. One example: a mum orders a Youth M Custom Youth jersey for her nine-year-old’s end-of-season party, plus a matching adult Laurel Crest Classic for herself, and has both delivered to the grandparents in Canada, where the party is held. Free shipping applies just the same.

Timing it for the big day

Add the 1-3 business days of processing to the 7-14 business days of transit, then count back from the date you need the parcel. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays, so a gift ordered on a Friday evening starts processing the following week.

Small groups, one order

Jersey Loft is a retail store rather than a team uniform service, but three or four friends can still order together. Add each personalised jersey to the cart separately with its own name, number and size, check every preview, and pay once. If one friend later prefers a different size, the usual 60-day return route applies to that item alone.

What you can count on after you order

These commitments are the same on every page of our site, and they apply to every product, personalised items included.

If something is not right

If a parcel is late, arrives damaged, or a jersey does not match what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo where it helps. Contact us and we will help put it right. Photos you send are used only for that order and are deleted 30 days after delivery, as described in our Privacy Policy.

About duties for orders outside the US

Customers in Canada, Australia and New Zealand sometimes ask about import charges. Duties and taxes depend on the destination country’s rules. If you have a question about a specific order, email us before you buy and we will tell you what we can.

Checkout and payment

Payment is taken at checkout through the methods shown on the checkout page; those are the methods available for your order. We never ask for card details by email. Your order total is shown on the checkout page before you pay. Our Payment Methods page explains how payment works and what to do if a payment does not go through.
