Shipping & Delivery

Last updated:

Your kit should land before matchday, not after full-time. This Shipping & Delivery policy explains how Jersey Loft gets a soccer jersey, a pair of shorts or a gift mug from checkout to your door: how long we take to prepare an order, where we deliver, what shipping costs and what to do if a parcel is late or not quite right when it arrives. It covers every order placed on jerseyloft.shop. If something here does not answer your question, email support@jerseyloft.shop and we reply within 24 hours on business days.

Shipping in brief

  • Returns: 60 days with a free return label, explained in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

From checkout to kickoff: how your order moves

Every Jersey Loft order goes through two stages. First comes preparation, which takes 1-3 business days. During this stage your items are produced and packed, including any name, number, lettering colour or crest initials you typed into the personalisation fields on the product page. Second comes transit, which takes 7-14 business days once the parcel has left us. Your delivery estimate is the two stages added together.

What counts as a business day

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. An order placed on a Saturday evening starts its 1-3 business day preparation on Monday. Weekends and holidays also do not count towards the 7-14 business day transit window, so a parcel sent on a Thursday does not lose its weekend; the count simply resumes on Monday.

Personalised jerseys follow the same timeline

A Custom Name and Number jersey, a Custom Youth jersey, a personalised goalkeeper jersey, the Design Your Crest jersey and the personalised hoodie all follow the same 1-3 business day preparation as our standard designs. There is no separate proof step: we do not send a mockup before production, and we print exactly what you typed in the “Name on back”, “Number (0-99)”, “Crest initials” and related fields. The live preview on the product page is your chance to check spelling and layout before you add the item to your cart.

Free shipping to four countries

Shipping is free on every order to every destination we serve. There is no order minimum, no coupon and no surcharge for larger sizes, youth sizes or personalised items. The amount you see at checkout already shows shipping as free before you pay.

The transit times above are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Most parcels arrive inside the window, but weather, holiday volume and customs checks can all add time. If your kit is for a fixed date, such as a tournament weekend or an end-of-season party, order with the full upper end of both ranges in mind.

Where Jersey Loft delivers

We deliver to addresses in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. All orders ship from the USA. If you enter an address outside these four countries, checkout will not offer a shipping option and the order cannot be placed. We would rather tell you that up front than take a payment for a parcel we cannot send.

Homes, workplaces and other address types

You can ship to a home address, a workplace or a relative’s address. If you are thinking about a P.O. box, a military address or a forwarding service, contact us before you order and we will help you check whether that address will work for your parcel.

Shipping to someone else

The billing address and the shipping address do not need to match. A coach’s birthday hoodie and a Kit Room mug can be paid for from your account and delivered to the coach’s house across the state. Just make sure the recipient’s name is written the way it appears on their mailbox or door, and add an apartment or unit number where there is one.

Planning your order around matchday

Most of our customers are buying for a date: the first game of a five-a-side season, a Sunday league awards night, a birthday or a gift for a coach. The examples below show how to read our timeline for real situations.

A youth kit for a party in Canada

A parent orders a Youth M Custom Youth jersey for her nine-year-old’s end-of-season party, plus a matching adult Laurel Crest Classic for herself, and ships both to the grandparents’ address in Canada. The order takes 1-3 business days to prepare and 7-14 business days in transit. Counting from the order date, she should allow the full combined range of business days and, because the party date is fixed, order early rather than relying on the faster end of each range.

A parcel to Australia or New Zealand that takes the full window

A goalkeeper in Australia orders a Neon Long Sleeve GK jersey. Preparation takes two business days, and the parcel then spends the full 14 business days in transit, crossing a weekend and a public holiday along the way. That delivery is still within our estimate. If your parcel has gone past the end of the combined window, see the section on late parcels below and contact us.

A gift sent to a different US address

A player orders a personalised hoodie and a 15 oz Kit Room mug for their coach’s birthday and sends them straight to the coach. Both items ship free. If the gift is a surprise, use your own email address at checkout so that order emails come to you rather than the recipient.

Following your order after checkout

As soon as you place your order you receive an order confirmation email with your order number. Keep it: it is the quickest way for us to find your order. You can see the current status of your order at any time:

  • in My Account, if you created an account at checkout or logged in before ordering;
  • on the Order Tracking page, using your order number and the email address you used at checkout;
  • by emailing support@jerseyloft.shop with your order number, and we will send you an update.

If you have not received an order confirmation email within an hour of ordering, check your spam or promotions folder first. If it is not there, email us and we will confirm the order details and the email address on file.

Getting the address right

A single wrong digit in a ZIP or postal code can send a parcel on a long detour. Before you pay, check the recipient’s full name, street number, apartment or unit, city, state or province and ZIP or postal code. Canadian, Australian and New Zealand addresses each have their own postcode formats, so copy them exactly as the recipient gives them to you.

If you spot a mistake after ordering, email us within 24 hours of placing the order and we will correct it. That is the same 24-hour window that applies to size, design and personalisation changes, explained on our Cancel or Change an Order page. After 24 hours the order is on its way through preparation and we can no longer edit it, but contact us anyway and we will help you work out the best next step.

Orders with several items

Customers often combine items: a kit set for a younger player, a quarter-zip training top for the coach and a cuffed beanie for the sideline. A small group can also place one order with several jerseys in different sizes. Items in the same order may occasionally arrive in more than one parcel and on different days. Shipping stays free whether your order arrives in one parcel or several, and you do not need to do anything differently. If one part of the order arrives and the rest has not followed within the transit estimate, email us with your order number and we will look into it.

When a parcel is late, missing or arrives damaged

Most parcels arrive without trouble, but we want you to know what to do if yours does not.

Late or missing parcels

If your order has gone past the combined estimate of 1-3 business days for preparation plus 7-14 business days in transit and has still not arrived, contact us and we will help. Include your order number, the shipping address and a short note on what you have already checked. It helps to look around the delivery point, ask neighbours or building reception, and check whether someone else at the address took the parcel in.

Damaged or incorrect items

If a jersey arrives with a print problem, the wrong size, the wrong name or number compared with what you typed, or damage from the journey, email us with your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging. Contact us and we will help put it right. Photos you send us are used only to deal with your request and are deleted 30 days after delivery.

When the problem is what was typed

Because we print exactly what is typed, a name like “OLUWASUEN” that was meant to be “OLUWASEUN” is printed as entered. If you notice a typo within 24 hours of ordering, email us and we fix it before production. If you only notice once the jersey arrives, you can still use our 60-day return, which includes personalised items, and then order the corrected version.

Customs and import charges for Canada, Australia and New Zealand

All orders ship from the USA, so parcels to Canada, Australia and New Zealand cross a border. Import duties and taxes depend on the destination country and its rules, which can take into account the value of the parcel and the type of goods. Customs checks can also add time to delivery. If you have a question about a specific order to one of these countries, contact us before you buy and we will help with what we can.

All prices on jerseyloft.shop are shown in US dollars. If you pay with a card issued in another currency, your bank converts the amount and sets any conversion fee; see our Payment Methods page for more.

Sending something back after delivery

Shipping does not end at the front door. If a jersey does not fit, or you simply change your mind, you have 60 days to return it. Change-of-mind returns come with a free return label paid by us, personalised items are included, and there is no restocking fee. Once we receive the return, your refund is issued within 7 days to your original payment method, or you can ask for store credit, which never expires. Read the full steps in our Returns & Exchanges Policy and the money side in our Refund Policy.

Choosing a size before it ships

The easiest return is the one you never need. Before you order, compare the size you are choosing with a shirt you already own and like the fit of, and read our Size Guide for advice on choosing between two sizes. Goalkeepers who wear elbow pads under a long sleeve jersey sometimes prefer to size up; that is a personal choice, and the same comparison with a shirt you own will help.
